Danone is looking for a strong talent based in Cairo, Egypt, to lead organization development for our Specialized Nutrition business in the MENA Region. The ideal candidate would be able to equip Danone MENA with Transformation capabilities to accompany Danone transformations with a best-in-class social approach and also would be able to develop organizations & capabilities to grow business and drive performance with sustainable P&L impact.
The candidate will also carry out the following responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Equip Danone MENA with transformation capabilities required to accompany the company transformations, with the best-in-class social approach through:
Developing and supporting case for changes with respective project teams
Steering projects in terms of governance and coordination across different steps and milestones
Using adaptive methods for projects as per Danone methodologies and guidelines
Conducting thorough feasibility studies when applicable as per Danone standards
Fully engaging and coordinating change management plans with relevant stakeholders
Performing specific deep dives and analyses where needed
Develop organizational capabilities to grow the business and drive performance, with sustainable P&L impact. Carry out all activities linked to organizational performance and capability building/development through:
Taking the lead on the organization strategy and capability design/roadmap
Animating the detailed organization designs with leadership team for role definitions, governance, WOW, and desired outcomes
Supporting the design of future-forward organizational model considering non-structural drivers (digital transformation, future of work, behavioral changes etc.)
Leveraging data & technology to guide organizational decision making in MENA to improve organizational efficiency and to track transformation impact
Managing capability planning in collaboration with Talent, Learning & Rewards teams as part of the People Cycle
Performing the headcount planning in close partnering with Finance as part of the company performance cycle
Managing the Professional Tool for Orga Management in Danone and conduct benchmark analysis

% of efficiency in project delivery
Transformation Model applied in all projects
Danone People Survey results: to assess the communication & organization efficiency elements
To be successful in the role you should ideally have:
Education and Experience:
- University degree in HR, business administration, and/or business psychology or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Transformation/organization development or business consultancy experience in multinational organizations.
- Affinity with FMCG/Food/Pharma environment is preferred
- Excellent business understanding
