Senior UI/UX Designer - part-time, remote [Germany]

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design process for our upcoming social network platform that incorporates smart contract-based agreements. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product and development teams to create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our users while ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. The ideal candidate has an interest in Web3 and blockchain technology and has a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Tasks

• Lead the design process for the social network platform, ensuring that it is intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing
• Work with the product and development teams to develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes
• Develop and maintain the style guide and design system for the platform
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet the required standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the design process

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with development teams and an understanding of development processes and limitations
• Knowledge of smart contract-based agreements and blockchain technology is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not required)
