Clinic Manager required for a clinic in Dubai
The position is responsible for smooth functioning (operations & administration) of the clinic. This role would also play a crucial part in the strategy formulation planning, development & expansion of the clinic
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures
- Responds to and follows up patients' needs, requests and concerns as appropriate; investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to immediate head assists in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families and staff.

Experience: The required candidate Must has a previous experience in same field as clinic manager
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in business or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinic
- Clinic Management experience
