- Ensure to shoppers/tenant enquiries
- Answering to phone calls/emails
- Collecting vouchers/admin duties
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years experience in Front Desk/Concierge (Hotel/Mall)/Customer Service
- No experience with Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism welcome
