Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the support of audio and video conference projects, including but not limited to the exchange of audio and video conference requirements for supporting projects, and being able to provide targeted audio and video solutions in a timely manner 2. Responsible for the trial of audio and video conference projects 3. Investigate, collect, and sort out project requirements, and provide effective input for product optimization 4. Understand products and planning, and regularly transfer knowledge to external collaboration departments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and communication is preferred 2. Rich pre-sales support and large project follow-up Experience, conscientious and responsible, quick response to customer needs 3. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of Linux operating system, familiar with various network transmission protocols, and understand the infrastructure and principles of audio and video conference platforms 4. Strong logical analysis and communication skills, strong hands-on execution ability.
